Burners Patented Two Piece Coal Nozzle

Burner Nozzles fail because of either thermal deterioration or coal particle erosion. Amina's patented two piece coal nozzle is designed to overcome both of these shortcomings. Unlike other pseudo two piece nozzles Aminas's patented solution is simple and user friendly. The outer and inner housings, which contain the splitter plates, are not attached. This is a crucial aspect of the device that allows both components to expand and contract independently. Mathematical calculations allow for a tapered fit that permits the inner housing to slide into the outer housing. Locking tabs secure the inner housing and prevent any forward movement.
