Training Opportunities
At LP Amina you will find plenty of support for your educational and self-development ambitions. Our dedicated Tuition Refund Program is aimed to encourage employees to enroll in training and educational courses that raise individual's qualification and personal value. In addition, on a constant basis we provide in-house instruction programs that may take form of formalised courses, departmental training or specific external courses of vocational nature.

Promotions
It is the policy of LP Amina, whenever possible, to fill vacancies within the organization, thus providing opportunities of continued advancement for employees. When an opening occurs, all staff that might have the necessary qualifications and abilities will be carefully considered for the position.
