T fired

For T-Fired units, LP Amina's efficiency improving and emission reduction uses a combination of burner modifications and the addition of OFA. The unique OFA design uses two injectors on each wall for a total of 8 injectors. With combining combustion modifications and mill modifications, we will not only reduce emissions but typically can improve efficiency and operations by reducing side to side temperature imbalances, reduce O2, reduce RH spray and improve UBC.
